Concert and Student Departure:
Saturday June 29, 2024 – Concert will begin around 3pm.

All participants and families are expected to help pack up and clean the common areas of Bobriwka, and gather all personal belongings before leaving.

Bobriwka Resort collects a small parking fee the day of the concert. Thank you for supporting our beautiful grounds!

Final meal for participants is LUNCH on the day of the concert – we will not be providing dinner.

Bandura rental:
If you do not have your own bandura, instruments are available for rental on a first come, first served basis. Cost for bandura rental $40 for the week. Please specify this on the registration.

Space in the various buildings will be assigned for the students and staff for the week. Families and adult attendees are welcome to bring a tent or camper instead. Electricity/water hook-ups are available. Please indicate if you are bringing a camper or tent so that we can plan for space.

Family cooperation and assistance:
Bandura at Bobriwka is organized and run by parents for their children. It is a “Family Reunion” and requires time, effort, and cooperation from all to assure that the week runs successfully and safely. Parents who are not attending for the week will be expected to help with the cleaning, move-in, the break-down of the stage, and clean-up of the grounds. Please help!
